THE CENTRE OFFERS:
FLEXIBLE SPACES
The halls, divided by soundproof folding walls, give flexibility of size and layout.
The first small hall (24sqm) has ceiling to floor windows and has a large gas-fired polished Purbeck stone fireplace, making a cosy room for the smaller function. Corridor access to kitchen and facilities.
The second middle hall (47sqm) is lit from roof windows and has a wall mounted 50” LCD screen and full sound system. Corridor access to kitchen and facilities.
The garden hall (50sqm) has full length folding glass doors onto the secluded garden and direct access to the snack bar and kitchen.

KITCHEN AMENITIES
A modern, well equipped kitchen with spacious stainless steel preparation areas, range with gas hobs, electric ovens, warming cupboard, dishwasher, plumbed hot water dispensers, refrigerator.
Glasses, crockery and cutlery for 80.
MEETING YOUR NEEDS
Our centre offers a unique, open, light and airy venue in Christchurch.
Three connecting halls with a maximum capacity of 200, or 80 dining, two small counselling rooms and well equipped kitchen giving an adaptable layout to suit many needs. The hall leads out to a large enclosed garden.
Easy access from Christchurch and the A35, well serviced by public transport.
Parking on-site and plentiful public parking nearby.
Wheelchair friendly with accessible facilities; hearing Loop, sound and TV
connections. There is also a defibrillator on site.
Kitchen facilities which may be used by external caterers; snack and refreshment bar.
MEETING ROOMS
Two private meeting rooms. One will accommodate a meeting in table
formation, and the other is an informal space with a sofa and 2 easy chairs.
TOILET FACILITIES
Four private toilets including one disabled facility, each served by wash hand basin and hand dryer.
LICENCE
The facility is licensed for music, but there is no alcohol licence.
